Policy for PGI
At Premium Gutters Inc, we take pride in the quality and durability of our seamless gutter installations. To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer a 10-Year Labor Warranty on complete gutter installation services, & a 1 year labor warranty on partial installations. This warranty covers defects resulting from improper installation, such as leaking seams, sagging gutters, or poor alignment, provided the gutters have been properly maintained and not damaged by external forces like falling debris or structural roof issues.
If a problem arises due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected section at no cost to you. This warranty is valid for ten years from the date of installation and is non-transferable, applying only to the original property owner. It does not cover issues caused by neglect, clogs due to debris, or damage from severe weather conditions.
To maintain the validity of this warranty, we require that the gutters be cleaned and maintained once per year. However, we recommend that gutters be cleaned at least twice a year to maintain maximum performance and ensure the full life of the system. Cleaning once in the spring and once in the fall ensures top performance. Regular maintenance ensures your gutter system continues to function effectively and helps prevent issues unrelated to installation. Our 10-year labor warranty reflects our confidence in the work we do and our ongoing dedication to customer satisfaction and long-term protection of your home.
